Vera Wang Fall 2010 RTW

This is my favorite collection for the season thus far. This is a very different assembly for Vera Wang, and I love where it's going. The pants and jackets (items she's not known to make) are tailored beautifully, and she stamped her trademark on top of it all: luxurious and ultra-femme. The paper-bag-waist tuxedo pants (the last look posted) worn with the top trimmed with organza corsages on its shoulders, and with the opera gloves is the perfect alternative to a cocktail dress. One of my favorite pieces is the tuxedo jacket with its sleeves cut-off, and the pockets adorned with sequins. There are so many ways I could possibly wear it and the ideas drive me wild.
