Topshop Cut-Out Denim Leggings

Would you consider these a bit risque? I'd rock 'em (you know I would). I saw a girl wearing a pair similar to this but with what looked like mid-thigh biker shorts underneath (to cover her panties of course). It is a safer route but I didn't like it much. It cut the flow of the cut-outs, which is the only focal point of this pair. But I suppose a more conservative gal wouldn't want to show so much skin all the way up her hip. Me, on the other hand, don't care as much for conservatism. I like a little crazy in my looks. This is going in my purchase today. Yayyer :)
