Cable knits and lace. Seems as though Julien Macdonald's kind of girl is one who is so comfortable with herself that she can be modest in a cable knit sweater, which I am infatuated with btw, and she can also be v. sexy and alluring in evening lingerie wear. Though wearing what should be worn behind closed doors out in public is always asking for risky business, and curious whispers, the right woman can definitely pull this off if she's smart about it. I imagine she would try it out in the likeness of Lola in the French film "Lola" (1961). Anouk Aimée, who played the title roll, made it look so chic and not in the least suspicious. A classic Burberry trench can be the piece that gives the racy attire the perfect balance.
