Bensoni Fall 2010 RTW

I hate to define a label by comparing it to past designs under older designers, but reviewing new-comer Bensoni's collection was a bit reminiscent of Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B. Spring collection from 2008 and nostalgic of Marc Jacob's Marc Jacob Fall collection from 2009. I loved the use of mohair and I would indeed wear some of the looks, but I wish Benjamin Channing Clyburn and Sonia Yoon had moved the collection forward. It felt a little... stuck. And lost. But what I would give for this look..
